We’re excited to bring back our annual Provo River Day this year! We’ll start the day with a much-needed story time at 10:00 with Ms. Frizzle of Magic School Bus fame (location: Storytelling Wing). Then at 4:00 in the Ashton Auditorium, there will be a bird show from Wasatch State Park, complete with an owl and a peregrine falcon. Following the bird show, there will be an activity hour with live June sucker fish and other hands-on water activities. Visit all the booths and you’ll be entered into a giveaway for an annual State Parks Pass, a fishing pole, and more. We’ll finish the day with an animal show with Wild Wonders animals, where patrons will have a chance to handle animals found in and around the Provo River watershed. Storytime will be in the Storytelling Wing of the library. The bird show, activity hour, and animal shows will be in the Library Hall auditorium and lobby.
