11 Paper Hearts

This book was so incredibly cute and sweet! It almost felt like To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before combined with Netflix’s Dash and Lily (I haven’t read the books), with a touch of cliché, heartwarming Hallmark movies.
I loved the storyline of secret love letters, and a library boy wanting to join Ella on her adventure in finding them and discovering who was sending them.
I think fans of To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before and Nicola Yoon (Everything, Everything and The Sun is Also a Star) will love this YA contemporary romance. It’s heartfelt, and smile-inducing, and has such a cute romance. I even fell in love the with the sister-sister relationship.
There were so many beautiful quotes that I just had to jot down so I didn’t forget them. I felt Ella’s sincerity and hope in these quotes, and through her journey of life after the accident that robbed her of almost 3 months of her life.
The ending was perfect and made me smile. This is a book I will definitely enjoy rereading. And I think it would make a beautiful, cute movie!
