I really like Extras because — like the rest of Westerfeld’s books in the Uglies series — there is a lot of action and adventure and the author puts so much creativity into the story. I never knew what was going to happen next! Westerfeld has great talent in his writing and is amazing at keeping readers on the edge of their seats. My favorite character was definitely Aya, the main character of the story. Aya is so adventurous, sneaky, rebellious, and she winds up in some pretty strange situations, which makes the book very interesting. I give this book five stars and highly recommend reading it along with the rest of the books in Scott Westerfeld’s series Uglies.
