By Frank Miniter
The author attempts to guide men through the minefield of the modern workplace. Some of the topics discussed include understanding the new rules of the contemporary workplace, knowing how to use various tools (from the pocketknife to a smartphone), developing a personal philosophy, generally avoiding office romances, dress and grooming tips, and a guide to the mixed drink. The appendices contain a list of 50 books every businessman should read and a list of 50 movies every businessman should see. A moving afterword is provided by Greg Stube, a Green Beret who learned some difficult life lessons concerning himself and others.
